Leaders in Literacy’s monthly speaker series develops students’ skills in literacy, leadership, and engagement. It features 45-minute interviews with mentors from American universities who share their experiences and insights on various different fields of study, career paths, and academic opportunities.

Alice Yang
Alice Yang is a freshman at Harvard College studying economics and the history of science. She’s an international student from Edmonton 🇨🇦. Alice was able to stand out among other applicants to Harvard because of her leadership in community organizations and her involvement in diverse activities, including sports and music. She used those abilities to have a positive impact on the world. Her experience as a leader in the community has translated to her experience as a leader in Harvard. Watch the webinar to learn how.
